‘Fursuit’ is a commissioned costume made to resemble a character or ‘fursona’

‘Starfall Studios’,’Studios’ refers to the entity that provides these services

‘Commissioner’,’Client’ refers to the party purchasing these services

‘Piece’,‘Part’,‘Costume’,‘Fursuit’ ‘Project’ and other related terms may be used in substitute for one another to refer to an item that was commissioned from Starfall Studios. For example, this may refer to a fursuit in full, or in part like a fursuit head, paw or bodysuit.

By commissioning, purchasing, or bidding on any of our products, you agree to the following:

You must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.

Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission or purchase with Starfall Studios, you agree to the T.O.S.

We do not make any Copyrighted Characters.

I reserve the right to increase my prices any time I open, if I quoted you a price two weeks ago and my prices went up you will need to obtain a new quote.

I reserve the right to alter prices on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of the subject.

I have the right to refuse your commission based on the subject matter and whether or not I feel that I can complete your commission up to the standards of the rest of my work.

Payments are to be sent via my Paypal/Square or Bank Transfer or an Invoice if you prefer. that I will send to you upon agreement of commission.

All orders are to be paid up front, I will not start your commission until I receive full payment. Payment plans are available for orders and can be discussed.

I do not do rush orders under any circumstances!

All packages are insured (at client cost). In case of lost parcels during the shipping process, the studio shall deliver insurance payment to the client for any lost item.

We do not accept refunds or returns for auction items or premades.

Once your item has shipped I am NOT RESPONSIBLE if your package is lost or stolen. While unfortunate, It is out of my control and I cannot be held liable.

We are not responsible for fees or taxes that may incur on the package after shipping from the client's customs or otherwise.

If the project cannot be shipped for any reason (embargos, closed borders, any kind of postal impediment, etc.) the studio can hold the finished project indefinitely until it is able to be safely mailed. The client is responsible to check and hire package redirection services for their country if needed.

If the customer fails to provide shipping information within 30 days of project purchase (unless previously discussed), the product will be retained and resold. We do not refund the required 20% deposit for project abandonments.

I hold the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel and demand a refund under any circumstances after payment is received. I am not a bank.

If payment has not been sent, you may cancel the commission.

If a refund is demanded during work time, I will keep a portion based on completion. If the purchase must be canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. The first 20% placed down is nonrefundable and considered a payment over our time, design process, schedule planning and materials; unless otherwise discussed.

If payments are still due on a purchase, and there has been no contact with the client (via e-mail or other communication provided) within 30 days, the commission will be considered terminated without deposit refund.

Small changes to markings, colors, ect can be made early in the process.

Significant changes that require me to essentially remake a item will come with an additional charge based on complexity.

Additional charges may also apply if you were unclear about something and wish to have it changed or altered.
